When you ask originally I thought you wanted that text to be put on all the entries, but I reread it and I think you wanted the revised distressed icon next to this type.
I think this is the used. Now some of the designs have that cut like distressing on top so if I pull the fonts in front they won't have that extra cuts
So if you could do this for the white background one, and the gold that would be cool. I know you do already have that gold and grey and black one which is a whole another variation of color as well
Ok I think I see, I'm just not savvy with how to explain it cuz I don't know exactly how you did it, but I think you answered in #122. I'm going to add some to the ranking and try to explain where I'm coming from.
Just a reverse. Kind of what it would look like if you did white on your rear window if your tint is dark. Also cool if you got an old military vehicle and logo'd it up
That is the beauty of clean design. Once your silk screen company makes the sirens you can print any color you want on any shirt color and gets some really great shirts.
The smudge on the upper left barbell, almost sticks out a bit too much when it's closer up here, what do you think, it seems to stick out more on this one
It is bad. And it will look cool in any color scheme. You'd be surprised how many shirts you'll sell once you start producing in other color besides your primary scheme.
Oh yeah, haha. Also, should we try to make this one more consistent with distressing and whatever applies? I think you said you were gonna work on that.
Does #96 look more #80, if so it is just a color change I had made to the black. Instead of just black(CMYK 0/0/0/100) I made it darker (rick black) CMYK 60/50/40/100 so it might have appeared on screen to fill in a little tighter lessening the distressing.
For the changes to be more plate like which entry would you apply the narrowing of the spokes? For number #80 I'm not sure if there is enough room to make noticeable change from outer part to where the Iron Warrior helmet begins. Don't want it to look like a mistake.
So the only thing that would make his look more like a plate in my mind would be to make the shape of the spokes get narrower as they on the real plates, if you see the picture of the standard iron one, but I don't know if that could be incorporated into the design.
The new ones you made looked sick as always but I still come back to this one
So I do like this with the slogan, what were your thoughts on using the conquering fitness font, it's odd because it's a totally different personality of font, but somehow it goes, and it does look good to me. I feel like it evens it out and could make it more appealing to women giving it a "prettier/classier" look.
Could try both or one or the other, whatever will fit into the logo best. It would probly be apparent if it will work right away I would think. Did you make gym smaller and closer to blend better? I like it how it is as well but am wondering if it may be better trying the afformentioned
Ok after we see what the Gym word looks like (lowering it a bit to maybe make it a little more consistent with the others), the last consideration I want to take is still just toying with the idea of making it look like a weight plate, I feel like possibly something could be done with the barbell poles as they almost act as the spokes for the weight plate, just to maybe accentuate that a little more, it may not be possible. I put up an attachment of a metal weight plate.
Then I want to work on making these top 3 variations (80,48, and 43) consistent, if you you think that is a good idea.
See how the distressing is on the word warrior here on 43? It's a little more subtle than the heavy distressing you did on 71, I like how it's more subtle
On number #40 the top right set of plates and the lower left set are not straight. Originally the curved because the line from the circle plate in front. I've corrected that in #72. #71 just has more distressing.
Ok cool, and I am open to any ideas or thoughts you may have as well, these are already awesome, just want to refine these to the perfect logo and see what works and what doesn't. Have a great trip.
Let's move here to talk by these 2 designs, they're my favorite, up top #40 and below 48, these two I want for different purposes, this one would probly be my main signature design and would probly be on the building and on the back of my car window and stuff, 48 would be my secondary main design.
Let's work on just the badge part of 40 up top first, maybe you could make one of just that badge to refine it? As far as distressing, I'm interested to see what more like nicks/scratch marks could look like. Would it be possible to do something subtle that doesn't take away from the design to make it look a bit more like a weight plate behind it?
The barbells, what would it look like if they were brought in a bit to match how far they stick out of the circle like 48, below.
Yeah, I will definately put it on shirts and and maybe other things. My brother thought of this, "Grab fitness by the bells"
Since all free weights are some kind of bell, dumbells, barbells, kettlebells
Oh, actually meant to match how far they poke out of this one to the one with the loud lettering. Because it looked like the #40 design had barbells that stuck out of the outside of the circle farther. Does that make sense? I wanted them to be consistent if it worked
A slogan I thought of that I probly wouldn't ever do directly as my signature, but I still like is " Grab fitness by the balls" haha. I was joking at first but then I started wondering if it could catch on
What about how far the barbell lengths poke out of the circle? Seemed like the one with the loud words(40,43) poked out further. Should they be match with this one(41)?
Yes, same design just different layouts. Only one design gets chosen but colors and layouts can be supplied after. Just not multiple designs. The three you mention are the same.
It almost looks like the barbell pokes less out of the circle on this one, what would it looked like if that length was matched on the 40 and 43 design.
I love this badge how it is so simple but it pretty much has all the elements because of how the barbells cross, it actually almost turns the circle into looking like a weight plate
Same here, 40, 41 and 43 I am pretty much sold on. So I like that the color schemes can be changed so easily as its set up kind of like a stencil. Another thing, I like the two variations, 40 is good for like the building or a wall with its louder font. 41 is a cool secondary badge type design. Would I be able to get these 2 styles? And also some different color scheme variations as a package
On mplusc #14, I like how the words are setup, it appeals to me for some reason, like I could see it on the outside of the building or something. I can see your logos and style being what I use for my gym
This one is very clean. How might this look with the colors reversed like the one below. Also, could you play around with incorporating a 45 plate design added to it? Or barbells? Or both?
I like how the barbells are in this one. I like the black over the grey too. So my vision was to have a sign on the building, with name and logo, and then inside stretching across the wall the name and kind of logo in the middle
I appreciate it man, Really digging these designs here, they have caught my attention. I like the simplicity of this one, and the helmet is awesome. My initial want was to have one stencil/tribal logo and a full detail color one, both set up
very similiar, but I don't know yet for
sure.

How would you describe this design and #138, just so we don't confuse each other?

Then I want to work on making these top 3 variations (80,48, and 43) consistent, if you you think that is a good idea.
