The colors aren't working for me. I don't mind orange when it's used with blue.

This is nice. 'Engineering' is too small. I like the graphic.

I get what you were doing here. I like the subtleness of the envelope. However, I think the graphic over powers the text. I don't care for the 'bridge' on the envelope and I think eliminating it would make the graphic even more overpowering. The 'engineering' text is too small.
