What happens if you mirror the block? So the parts come in from the top left instead of the top right?

I like the revised (#8) better. Can we make the square look more like a sheet of paper -- well not just like a sheet of paper, but reminiscent of a sheet of paper. The logo is almost telling me that we're collecting lots of little sheets of paper and making sense out of them all -- which is kind of what we do.

And maybe make it not a square, but a little taller.

Certainly in the lead, now the interesting question... I know I said white (no) background, and we need that. But we're also going to need it to work on the new website (now live at www.irbmanager.com). We're thinking some sort of oval-y background for the site, or with it inverted or something. Helpful, no? :-)
