How about going to a white background and try a few more variations with the o in nano like in #38

Well, clearly you have thought about this logo a lot and submitted numerous examples. If you are willing, here are a few suggestions.
Can you make the nano larger in a couple of the logos. I'd like it to look sort like the nano is pointing back into the IPX using the right side of the X '<' sort of like an arrow.
On # 38 or 41 can you make the diagram around the o a little more semetrical
