I added a path to the logo as you wanted previously on the branches. but i thought to try out on the face and i connected to the "eyes" so the Idea of these words could match "Vision" "Path" "Guidance" "Passion" "Future" "Ahead" "Learning" etc

Thank you for taking the time to incorporate our feedback! I appreciate the attempt to change one of the branches into a pathway, but several members of the group found this variation a bit creepy looking. So we prefer the just the original design without the birds, as you already submitted as one of your entries.

I have added few changes to the logo and also sent you few new concepts too. please free to comment on the changes and please let me know your thoughts on the logos and design direction too, i would be happy to design,

Thanks for changing the acronym. I am wondering if you have anyway to get rid of the birds, and extend the tree branches in ways that correspond closer to "pathways" as included in the full name of our acronym (individualized pathways to learning)? Thanks for your hard work on this!

because the name is an acronym, we use iPRACTISE in our writings (i.e. capitalize all letters except i)
