Much better. Send a few variants please... different colours.

Maybe the fade in the chequers needs to be brighter... try that..

Looking better. But you need to keep the red and white in the flag. Not the other dark colour. so you can still see the flag and outline the IOM as the flag runs through it.... Almost like a white stroke around the IOM......

Can you try and add the flag all the way through the red, also finish the 'Foot' in the blue. It is missing the heal part.... Try that.

I was think I will putting the "3 legs of man" inside the "O" like my previous design (#75), but I think the logo will be easier to read if I put it between "iom" and "entries"
