Hi,
My apologies for the delayed response. And thanks for your feedback. I do really appreciate it.
Regarding your question, the #161 was inspired from the ensō symbol, which is strongly associated with Zen concept. It symbolizes absolute enlightenment, strength and elegance. Ensō is a Japanese word meaning "circle". In Zen Buddhist painting, ensō symbolizes a moment when the mind is free to simply let the body/spirit create.
As you can see on #161, the two lines forming a circle that symbolizes 2 basic principle of life that should always moving harmonically; body-mind (spirit) & theory-practice. It's also symbolizes a "continual improvement" of the process to reach a perfection form (circle).
For #246, it was describing of the three element (How, Who & What) as you mentioned on the brief.
I was trying to convey how this three element on sustainable movement as a strong entity. As you can see, all three have the flowing lines and connected to each other and support each other.
I hope this short explanation would helps.
Please don't be hesitate to let me know for any revision request needed.
Best regards,
Ruri
