Hi there, here is my concept. I use a japan color for the first "o" and USA color for the second "o". Hope you like it

This is a nice Logo.
The USA marker is too limiting though. As the company si multinational, and not fixed with usa products.
Something along this theme would look nice though. Its a simple and clean logo.
The downpoint, si that this lacks any graphic element or accent.
