Hi, Here is the icon and wordmark I came up with after reviewing your design brief. Using your (or technically your friend's) idea about a tech "jumpman" logo, this is what I came up with! The negative space of his legs creates an up arrow. I know that your contest only has 6 hours left, but I will be around all day as needed. Thank you for your time.

I just realized that your required dimensions are a little more horizontal than expected. Here is a mock-up (to-size) at 200px x 60px!
