Font color...maybe lkke the darker person.

Also, in a previous version, I liked how you had the hash marks on either side of bottom row.

We like it a lot.

I like the subtle globe in the background. Can you highlight that just a bit more? Also can you do a version with the name on the side, like you did with the other one? Thank you.

One more thing...could you rotate the globe so there is less visual emphasis on North America...maybe a little more on the Eastern Hemisphere. Thank you.

Could you adjust the colors of the blue "person", just to give a bit of contrast between the glove and and the words?

Also, would you be able to submit a design with our name - or even just our initials (ISP) - on the side. We are a concerned that our name wrapped around the globe will not look right when we need to translate it in other countries.

I like this idea that shows the concept of community but with diversity. Is there a way to draw out more of the "international" aspect of our organization?

This is a nice update to our current logo, although it may be a bit too complex as I think about reproducing it on various platforms (print/web/clothing, etc.)
