#204 the font is more preferred and professional over #198. the "i" is very clever with the graduation cap. We have mixed reviews of the "IHA" could you play with the letter and maybe the font in the "IHA" with this concept

perhaps you have to make the letter "i" stand out a bit more in #204

sorry 225 does not do it, the other entry 198 is far better. we wanted know if you could play with the sizing or the shading of the iha in entry 198 but dont change the concept too much. we like that idea

we like your original entry #204, some of the newer concepts to this we dont like such as 278. we would like you to change the font style of the letters maybe a little smaller, blend it more with the "i". Remove the + signs on the lettering. You could try to make all the "iha" is grey faded. Play around with the letters we like the globe and the whole concept.
