We like your entry #86, but would like to incorporate red either in place of the grey or the orange. Also we don't want to use the initial "IEO" in the logo, and we don't particularly like the leaves either. Maybe you could include a graduation hat and/or something to symbolize community? Or maybe you have some alternate ideas we could incorporate?
