Those three lines of text, centered under the logo.

When we tie up the logo itself I will use only it as is the majority of the time.

But those three lines of text... perhaps in the cobalt blue... raised with maybe the gold as the color that "raises" the letters would look cool

There will be times I need those lines of text to explain what the Alliance is a bit more

I changed hands, removed the word "for", enlarged the text, brightened gold.

Let's "soften" the hands. Instead of having a "grip" on the building's make them a tad more relax and "openly giving" the property as opposed to cupping it.

Get rid of the word "for" so that the rest of the words on the bottom have more room.

And actually make "international alliance " smaller and the Charitable Gifting of real estate bigger letters as really that part is more important anyway

And I like the radiant gold color I just think it needs to be softened as well by maybe 2 shades

And under this logo in "raised letters" with the same fonts and colors please put these words:

No Capital Gains Tax
EZ Funding Any Nonprofit

I will sometimes use just the circle logo and sometimes with wording also

As this is finished, I will need 3 more logos using our finished product in 3 different "certification " stamps if you will

As people are getting certified they will use the logo with a couple words across it showing the designated certification.

Perhaps you could help with that?

These hands are just really creepy to me, they will always bug me.

I looked up the "allstate hands" and found this link below. I've never noticed, but their hands are positioned in the opposite way, coming from the top down showing the palm of the hands. I don't know if that will work for this, but here's what I am talking about:

This is a design according to your instructions. I hope I understood everything correctly.

I am going to choose you as the designer!!

However, there are lots of revisions on this design.

Let's go with the cobalt blue and radiant gold colors.

Put the "International Alliance" in the top part of the circle with the stars on either side. Then the "For Charitable Gifting of Real Estate" in the bottom half of the circle. Removing the alliance from across the middle of the circle.

This gives us more room to move the hands to the bottom inside of the circle (remove since 2020) and the hands are open along the inner circle and now can hold the house to one side and a commercial looking building more to the other side as opposed to directly behind the house.

On the house have a door/ two windows above the door to either side, and a chimney.

I've only got about 2 hours to choose a logo.

This is my favorite so far.

The hands still look weird to me with the thumbs disproportionate and fat. If you could "soften" that part so it looks more like "hands" I think we are just about there.

Please I like the "window" on the house to be not purple by white.

And I actually like the way the gold is radient like in this one over the other one. I wonder if the hands could be holding 3 properties to show a variety of the properties we take. So there is a house, commercial, office kind of look there?

These hands are a little better but they still look weird, and can you put the door on the house.

I like this purple and I like the gold . And I actually like the black however there won't always be black in the background, so how can you make this one without the full black background?

Can you make the hands look more real, they kind of look like antlers. Put a door on the house. and see if you can pull some of a royal/regal purple into it.

I have received feedback on our designs.

Giving is "two hands cupped together, maybe two cupped hands holding a house" instead as an image.

And let's try different colors of Cobalt blue and purple and gold.

I know this is very different direction, but comes from a fabulous resource:)

I made several variations of the logo with a two-colored circle.
If you have other suggestions, I am at your disposal.

I like the people in the center and the blue house. Try the ring being outlined with grey or red insted of the solid grey

same with this one. NO green, less blue, add the colors mentioned in the description please

Let's remove all the blue, you can leave SOME blue, but use accents of red with more black and grey

I like the people high fiving around the house!

Instead of the images that look like "leaves" could you make those more people? Or people and different property types like something that looks like commercial property or industrial property to show the variety of property types?

And put a circle around the logo, trying different colors like red or black? Play with it
