Sure, but the LT requires selecting then accepting files for one logo. Thus the files they will provide are only for one. The other one has to send by email.

It doesn't make much difference, but usually, a vertical logo is regarded as the main version.

Although to finalize the contest one logo or version of it should be selected, It's still the same logo.
In the end, I don't see any problem sending you both versions - vertical and landscape.

Ok so I need your opinion. While I still love the one with the house OVER it, my concern is that it will be too tall for some of my marketing materials. The one where the house is in line with the wording is more linear, but harder to read. What do you think?

Can you move the house with the L to the left of the wording? So the whole logo isn't so high? I would like to see what that looks like. And maybe soften the "Interiors By Laura" font a bit?

Last thing...I like the font better on the original one you did for me. Can you switch back to that font? Everything can stay the same size.
