Intercultural Aim LLCLogo Design Contest

Hello - thank you for joining my logo tournament. This design is very striking and easy to read. My goal is to make people think my services will move them towards being more effective across cultures and so having the arrows point in all directions seem counter-productive. I'm also thinking 3 colors to reflect diversity in my work. The font is a bit too formal/business. I was thinking something with more flow. Thank you!
