I made a checkered flag (like the ones in Formula 1) from the elements of the Panama flag. The idea was to suggest speed, the first one to finish the race, the WINNER. I also introduced flowing pixels (data pixels) to suggest data transmission/communication at high speed. Because of the speed, the data pixels are "left behind". I hope you like it.
