Interesting. I do think I like the color choices, but I'm not sure what the logo symbolizes. Please, no offense, but I am not creative at all.

And, I think the font choice is a bit too technical looking. We are a very, very personal services company - hands on, and we get very close to our clients.

People forming an arrow wich can be understud as people showing the way to go up in business.
I used font caled Impact couse its suit you with his shape that has wow factor and name :)
