This is the right way of thinking but we want something with our colors not new colors . They to come up with a cool design that will look good with our logo. This icon will be in the system tray to launch a program which will allow support requests, etc.

I like where you are going can you give us a few more options in size 16x16 ? An you make an icon out if it?

Can you make the dot in top of the I a square so it goes with our logo?

Can you show me #16 w/out the background and in 16x16? Play with that a bit.. Maybe do another one with a circle around it and not a square.
