The sign looks in a way too generic / organic.

I like the idea of the colourful part. Could this be made bigger maybe ranging with more colours from yellow, orange red to the blues and violets you have chosen and put in front of the font?

Cool font! How about replacing the content of the square with an i as a sign for the "Intellanta"?
