Integrate the leaf to convey the idea of growth (pregnancy)

I like this design. It is a little plain. Any detail you might be able to add would be great. Also, I need to add my name and credentials to logo for signage. Toby Miller APRN-CNP, PLLC. This can be very small and insignificant. Could I see some options/ideas? Thanks.
