Hi j21mccoy, most of the file formats are of vector forms such as .ai & .eps illustrator, .pdf, .psd. can have the alternate vector .cdr & .svg for CorelDraw version. Lastly High-resolution .jpeg & transparent files .png for the icon/text separately this is my complimentary file formats to send to your email once the contest successfully completed :)

last thing. If we choose this one it will go on a glass door, shirts, etc. Can you make the background plain rather than have the faint blue around it.
