Logo Court is a facility here that designer can report other designer's design if they have similarity. I have very slight similarity with other design. Actually it's common similarity..THE CURVE/swoosh.. It's kinda ridiculous because I don't copy anyone. and swoosh is very general.
I tried to reach you to overcome the situation. But I have to withdraw it 30 minutes ago before deadline, otherwise several designer will vote to kick me from the contest. Logo court is very subjective. not fair for me..

I've withdrawed the designs.
My CONCEPT was metamorphosis, not the swosh. metamorphosis from data bits (box) to biotech general symbol. The idea that same with mine was the swoosh. So the swosh in not needed so bad. It's only a little part of the design. I didn't have intention to copy. I never saw his design in top 10 of entries.. logically, why should I copy on less dominant logo ?
You should ask what his concept first than you can decide which is strong. concept is stronger than execution, especially only "swoosh" which is overdone. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- It's weird I didn't copy anything. It was common similarity. the swoosh. but as you said.. you like the shape the most, right? You didn't ever like his design, why should I copy a looser logo ??
