My submission. I've taken the liberty and shortened the catch phrase, the original is just too long and as you can see does not read well in fine print. Condensing the tagline to Your Key to Success" already implies buying and selling so those 2 words are not required.
Really like #16. Can I see what it would look like if the "home realty" was a touch bolder? You are the expert, would you even recommend that? I want to use this logo on my yard signs, electronic and print media. I also order key chains with my logo and tag line and I want to make sure all is legible. Thanks so much for all of your input and ideas. Really liking the new tag line!
Wow perfect question and my answer is absolutely NO. I rarely enter real estate contest simply because 99% of Contest Holders (CH's) want these types of design.
Check out Reddoor Spokane this is a real estate design that was run here on LT. I won this one because the concept is clever and practical from design point and marketing. My suggestion to the CH was to use the shape an actual door tag (think hotel do not disturb sign) for mass marketing in neighborhoods.
I look at this way Car manufactures never use car shapes to brand the vehicles, only used car dealers ships do that.
Interesting design for Red Door. What I am getting from you is keep the message clean, short and direct. Let me ask you this . . . . do you think the rooftops are not a good idea, given your comment re: car manufactures. I might have mis-understood your point. I think your #16 submission would show up great on a yard sign, states that it is a Realty company and shows purpose to my goals.
Definitely full size signs. I am currently Integra Home Team, because I can't use the word Realty until I become an owner broker. I am now an owner broker and am transitioning all of my "stuff" to Integra Home Realty. I say this because I wanted you to see my website so you can see that the logo will go up on the left hand side of the home page and I will re-design the middle picture that shows my designations etc . .
From looking at my website, which one of your designs would your recommend? #16 ro #18
The site has a lot of information going on and a busy/complicated logo will be lost...keeping any logo design simple clean and effective is key to any identity.
right now it would be #18 the others are just to busy. I am going to further simplify the concept and bold it up a wee bit more as well
I'm really leaning towards #18, as well. I just went and looked at Keller Williams, Kentwood and Sotheby's and they are all very simple and streamlined. Thanks so much for all of your extra efforts.
I received some votes back from my team and they are saying there is more balance in #16 and like it better than #18. I will go with them, but a tad softer.
