D4W this is a really strong event logo, it would translate awesome for a physical recognition award. Is there a way to give us a few more versions of the X's design portion of the logo? It implies men holding women UP and the client might be sensitive to that, maybe just ONE X symbolizing the men's work or more side by side X's. Thanks!
