I have uploaded some examples of the minimalist look that I like. Can we thin out the font and make it look cleaner like the examples I uploaded? Maybe few of the leaves could be blowing away to represent the fresh air...

Can man's arms not look so stretched? Can I see variation where background circle is not there so the logo is not smooth on the edges? I like how you did the font and different letter weights.
