Can you try this circle on top of Insightful Choices. Then make the font a bit more modern. Obviously center during times of transition. And, can you add two other people in the distance on the path to either side of the main figure.

I don't see the half circles on the incoming here which I really liked. And, during times of transition should not be all CAPS...Please go back to how you had it only can't you make it a little darker.
