I'm getting bogged down in sheets of paper filled with bits of scribbled tag lines and need to come at this with a fresh mind tomorrow.
This is where I'm at so far. It's an attempt to get away from a mission statement-type tag line - to distil your what you're offering into the simplest meaningful statement that hasn't already been done.

As it turns out, a Google search shows that these three words don't appear together anywhere online... not once!
I've redrawn the icon so that the lines are a bit thicker. I've also reduced the size so that it's more in harmony with the text.
I haven't done anything with the tag line yet... I have some ideas bouncing around, but I'm too distracted to distill them into anything useful at the moment. I will come back to this a little later this evening once my kids are settled.
If you have any other thoughts about how to develop the design further, please let me know and I will work on it later.

I will make it smaller to fit with the lettering, and also make the lines a little thicker so that they don't look out of place next to the font stroke.
If I have any ideas for the tag line, I'll include them in my next revision. This might be a couple of hours from now, because my kids are due home any minute! :)
We really like the font, but the "O" now looks bigger than the rest of the letters. Can you adjust it? Also, we are looking at changing the tag line it is too long. Please remove the word "Help", also if you have any suggestions we would appreciate it!
The font looks like a light or thin weight because it is next to a bold weight, but it's actually classified as 'regular' and ought to be fine for apparel.
That said, maybe for balance, it would be better to have both words the same weight. I have uploaded #112.
If #112 works better for you, I will redraw the icon with thicker lines.
I maintained the connection between the rings, but I can either split them or connect them in the inner ring if you would like to explore alternatives.

I've used colour to emphasise the letters instead of font weight in order to avoid concerns about printing on apparel.
I am still experimenting with the tag line and will upload something a bit later.

I could remove the outer ring then resize it; that should make it less fiddly. I'll work on the revision now.
