#41- I really like this approach. The dome of Jesse Hall may be a bit too far on the whimsical side for me. I love the font that "Wine and Food" is in!! Can you scoot "Festival" over to the left and add "2012" on that same line? I'd say lose the musical notes next to the dome and make it a bit less whimsical. Very Nice work!
I really like the direction you've headed with #70.
My team is having a little anxiety over the possibility of confusion between the Jesse Hall dome in our logo and the dome of our state capitol in Jefferson City (30 miles away). To give absolute distinction between the two domes, our Jesse Hall has six columns in front of it that are the remnants of a building destroyed by fire in the 1800's. (see en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jesse_Hall). Do you have any suggestions on how we might include some portion of the columns in your logo design?
Sorry for this last minute layer of complexity. Thanks for your OUTSTANDING work on this.
Really like #86. I'm wondering how a light horizontal rule at the bottom of the logo would affect the balance? Your thoughts? Also, does "2012" look smaller than the word "FESTIVAL" to you? Might be an optical illusion.
