I like what you have going on, now that I see the red its a little too overpowering. Less red or no red at all. Lighter colors the blue is too dark. Our Primary color preferences are still green blue yellow. Thank you

I really like the concept of the upwards arrow on the W, Lets aim for a more leveled look.

The squared IN looks very similar to Linked In, looks great just too similar. I like the round one though. Im very curious to see your concepts in other colors
