What are your thoughts on changing my color palate? yellows or greens or blues or res, a variation of what might pop and look good. What do you think?

I can see this two ways. I can see using the building one separate from the innovative on cards or shirts etc. However I'm not sure it fully gets across what we do. Should it be modified to speak more what we do? How can we creatively get that across to people? Thank you for your time.
