Also a quick brief description behind my concept is the half bulb convey the "?" sign as a starting point from every idea, curiosity, knowledge and learning. This also give a dynamic space to add some gears in it.

Good idea! Could you capitalize the I in innovation. Also, the triangles (showing brightness) above the bulb are a little too pronounced. Perhaps you can tone those down a little bit. They seem to be drawing attention away from your great bulb concept.
