Please change the "o" in Focus to gold, do not keep it boldface and change it to the same size and font type. Change the Hospitality Solutions and Partnering with a Purpose to the same font style as #9. Lastly, change the Partnering with a Purpose to Blue, and change Hospitality Solutions to gold.

A little too busy

What's the faded "o" in Focus reference?
I like the sharpness of this design. Possibly try some other fonts, and maybe reverse the colors.
