The picture is a little too big compared to my company name

Thank you! I like what you were going for here, but on a logo I think its a bit too complex for me. I like simplicity and a little bit more modern. I don't like people that look like spirits on logos. The colors are too bold, I like more muted colors.

I like the tree and the roots and the different colors of leaves. The overall color scheme and my company name are a little too bold for me. My favorite color is more aqua/ sea green. Even adding some muted brown may look good. Thank you!
