not sure of the hex colors but this is what came up closest in 'web safe colors'. the icons can be grouped or separated. feedback helps

It seems you are asking for 2 projects. first to find a basic icon for the groups. After that then the levels can be added in some way for the badges. I hope you can first pick the logo then adapt it for the levels.
