I like your sister's slogan. As far as the stroke colors around "OO" - I couldn't find a nice purple to work well with the rest of the design. Also I like them to be different colors, not the same. But it's up to you of course.

Couple things.
Any chance it can be a dark purple
The strokes if the purple don’t look as nice as the green.

My sister made a suggestion
Should it say “ smiles can be created with balloons.”

When she told me that she didn’t noticed the smile you created in the logo.

The 1/2 moon symbol under the B and S. I could be wrong and just taking a guess bc this is what I see. A smile.
You have the slogan and then the 1/2 moon symbol on each sign.

Omg. We are almost there with this one. The word balloons do you think it should be a bit darker? The font of Detroit, I feel like their are too many fonts being used. Idk I’m not the expert on this. The mange ya and blue circles behind the OO, it’s ok. You think we can do without it? Or maybe make it lighter. Or change the colors and make those colors lighter, like a water mark.

I just read a book to my kids. It’s called one by kathryn otoshi. I do not know if you can google it. The strokes in the numbers I really like that look.
