Better, but you're still missing half of the organization's name….it's Infinite Love for Kids Fighting Cancer. I want the whole name in the logo. I also feel like having the "for kids" part in black looks too heavy, it's all you would see on a poster. The top part of Infinite looks dark green too.

It's actually called Infinite Love for Kids Fighting Cancer. I like the idea of a siloetted child…but maybe not a baby. Also, I'm afraid that Infinite Love in gold only is going to be hard to read when used for print (and it looks kind of brownish rather then gold)…would want it to match the ribbon. Over all not bad but not quite right.
