Ok after talking to some people around the office we have decided to go with this image as long as you can also give us the other one i currently have ranked in second place. We are going to use that one for our header and this one for pictures. If you can do that i think you are our winner.

Here it is, but you don't need to crop the image to get the symbol out. :)

I can provide both versions in all the formats so you can use them as you need.

Can you put this above the logo you currently have in first place. That way i can use the text for my header and just crop this image to put on photos or banners.

I love the font you used for this it looks great. Is there anyway you could combine the letters inb above the text for a small logo. That way I have a small image or website name spelled out that I can apply to images.
