We love both of your 1st and 2nd selections. Will we be able to modify the house color once we have the files? (like purple or rainbow gradient but don't want to take too much of your time) also, would you be willing to send us the files for both of the ones we like? Thanks much!

This is great! Can you please make the logo on the left look exactly like the one in the 3rd spot? (with bold dark gray IGS under instead of the green further apart green?) Thank you!
