It would not be difficult to animate the mic "ON THE AIR" When he's on line the background illuminates to bright red and off line it changes to a dark blue or black.

Also... there is something about having a baseball bat bend like that... it seems wrong. It almost looks like the bottom of a hockey stick of or a field hockey stick.

I know it is intended to work with the script of the logo, but maybe a little less flex in the bat.

The red MS logo at the bottom is not necessary. Ditch it.

Perhaps incorporate a microphone or something that conveys that it's a podcast.

The word dugout needs to be more legible. It's a good font, but the styling has slightly too much going on.

Also, the gold is slight too gold and too dark. Maybe brighten it up a bit so it is easier to read.
