I like the concept. Any chance of tightening it up? The circle around the "i" reminds me of an acoustical hole which is great, and chance of it being more solid?

As a top 5 can you please make the following adjustments: 1) I really like the 'imprint' font used in #248 & #249 2) Change the motto so that the dots between 'out build out innovate out create' are in the middle between them 3) Provide more mark colors with the same fonting on #248 and #249, including blue, red, black and yellow 4) Create new marks but with straight lines with rounded edges to create the circle effect you've been keeping.
