Update: Please us (Orange and Dark “navy” blue) rather than Orange and Black. Please think of a way to incorporate a graphic and the feeling of motion or movement on the next round of designs. An idea for a graphic could be: a brief case, neck tie, silhouette of a person, etc…

Glad you liked the creativity behind this, i will try to develop further on it and add a brief case like shape to it and try to add a motion / movement feel to it. But i feel the idea of having a face with a smile is a good reflection of your clients being pleased with the end results and it also draws a good attention and leaves a pleasant impression on those who notice it in the name.
yes, its very good. maybe an image to the left of the name would work. also, try to get a dark navy blue and orange or black and orange. Do you see room to also add the tag line? thanks again, this is a strong start.
good. maybe the tag line should also be in black. I am concerned this logo does not look impactful enough... how can we address this? whst do you think about adding a graphic?
for #20 , this is a wordmark logo , where the brand name " impact " is easily read , yet with the face being clearly spotted with a smile = delivery the message of creativity, meeting productivity and leaving your client with a smile, as being happy with the results / productivity.
here #37 , i used the business tie and then the letter " i " curved to form two people, connecting at both ends, with their heads ( which also shows as the eyes of the face, with the tie being the nose and middle of face shape and a smile is there too )
Can you try another version of #37? What about incorporating the "eyes" (from the graphic) and adding them to the im(P)(A)act... adding the U to form the small mouth like the earlier versions and giving it a neck tie. This would incorporate the graphic in the middle and take away from the one on the left side.
