I really like the right side of the A underlining the CT and continuing off to the right so as to emphasize ACT. Color also provides emphasis. I wonder if the full word could be underlined, but the right leg of the 'A' still be drawn into the line going to the right, like in #209? 2 lines? And endocrinology slightly bigger. Overall this really catches my eye.

I like this, but the word endocrinology is too small to read from a distance.
