i like this font better than the previous version. Could you take out the dip below the baseline to the left of the letter A? I crossed out what I would like removed. And perhaps make the Endocrinology sligthly larger? Thinking how readable it will be from a bit of a distance.

I like the colors, it is eye-catching, like the symbol in the A better than the design without the symbol. Making the A capitalized makes me think of the word "act" which is what I want people to do to better their health. I like the A but it makes the word Impact look too disjointed- either too much space between letters, or perhaps the A isn't bold enough.
