I really like what you've done with the "A" icon with the figure inside. I feel like this could work beyond the logotype as an icon as well. I prefer the more controlled color scheme you've used in the "A" in "Autism".
I would be interested to see this icon put to use with some different type exploration. The type as it stands is feeling a bit heavy, though I like the block feeling of the "A" icon.
