Here you have another design. As i see you are willing to accept most abstract designs but my thoughts are that even abstract it should represent something. Here i tried to make a design that forms a message along with the text: keeping an eye on your people, having vision and also the eye is related to image (thus imago) The shape has a good flow and it's motion makes it easy to remember. Emi
