Okay, I can try to work up something like that for a license plate type design. I've got another design ready that's a little more polished and abstract, but can only submit from the 1st - 5th ranked positions.

This is nice, but I agree, 98 is hard to beat!

To pull off a passport theme you'd probably have to go with something a little more vintage themed. I think I prefer #98 to this one.
