#3 likes: transitioning color, the abstract infinity.
#3 dislikes: blocky lettering, the plus-sign in the dot.

Add another color or two.
Add "Realty Advisors" or "Chicago Group"
Add some sort of house graphic or roof line graphic

How would it look if we centered the "8" under the roof line and treat the "8" like the door and have a light shining through? Can I see the roof line in a medium blue?

Not what I thought it would look like. Let's try yellow transitioning to orange instead of orange transitioning to red. Maybe a blue line would look good there? What other colors do you think would work?

I'm liking the simplicity of #5 but there's something about #51 too. Maybe the sun shining through the window? Above and to the right of the roofline?

I like the right-justified "realty advisors" in #50. Can I see a version with that larger?

I definitely don't like that black background.

I'm now leaning towards #74 because if it's simplicity and the new color. Make the bottom start more orange and less red. How about making the "dot" on the "infinity" shine light toward the word "illumin8"?

After you made those changes, add "realty advisors" "lynch group" "chicago group" "lynch advisors" and "real estate advisors" in a black, red and a darker blue than before. Play with the size and font. Also try center-justified and right-justified.

Yikes! That looks like a pair of chopsticks and not a sunshining or sun burst. I was thinking more like #84 or #66.

The color is too yellow now. I think there is too much color difference. Show me more orange with it transitioning from orange to a lighter orange. Very similar to #66.

Can we play with a shadow to accentuate the sun shine? Have a shadow under the "illumin8". If you Google "Pixar Lamp" you will see what I have in mind. It might not look good but let's try it.

I like the dark blue in #81 and the black in #79. Try center-justifying (between the "i" and the "8") and flank it with an equal-sized line on each side similar to #66

I like the shadow! Can we try one with more shadow? Also, the sunburst is not quite what I want. Make is more like #66.

One more revision (I think). Replace the "8" with the "infinity" mark. Obvioiusly delete the sunburst from the "infinity" as it is now an "8" and not an "i"
