Ilima International, Inc.Logo Design Contest

Really liked this design. Especially the way the logo is blocked off. Can this be done in white?

Is it possible to do a more abstract flower image for the Ilima flower? less detailed almost so that if we needed to put together a black and white image you can still make out the ilima flower? Love the design and the font styles but also thinking that if we can have it be a bit more "cutting edge/hardy" rendition of the flower would be good...
