Can you reduce more the size of the square, reduce the letters "IL" and center the letters inside the square.

Thanks for the logo.
Can you try new versions from these comments :
- Reduce slightly the size of the square and give more space between the square and the text
- Put the "I" at the bottom of the square, just like the "L" touching the top
- Write MANUFACTURING in color 165F8C
- Write the baseline in a smaller size, either center or on the right side with a thin grey line starting from the square
