I'm glad to be of assistance,...and thank you for your constructive feedback,...I think we've made very clean, pro-looking visual identity, with touch of traditional, but still quite contemporary in appearance! Talk soon!
...one more version, with modified wooden bollards, giving it a bit of perspective/depth - central one is the biggest, two next to it are slightly smaller, and the ones on the sides are the smallest! Same concept like the one on entry #86, only on that entry all bollards are the same size!
Unfortunately, I can't use 8 handles of the ship's stearing wheel on the outter frame of the emblem, as you've suggested, since that would interfere with other designer's concept. This would be alternative approach, with stronger background story and symbolic value!
On my entries I've used mooring bollards (metal hooks, ancored into dock construction, on to which boats/ships are tied when docked),...I thought this could conceptualy be better to represent PORT segment.
Unfortunately, I cant use 8 handles of the ship's stearing wheel on the outter frame of the emblem, as you've suggested, since that would interfere with other designer's concept,...but I can offer something in between - wooden mooring bollards, as shown on entries #86 and #87!
Would it be possible for you to submit just 1 more? Use different style spokes/handles similar to old fashioned ship wheels, and also make them symmetrical (total of 8 spokes/handles). Thanks!
...now, when I look at those variations with mooring bollards on the outside frame of the emblem, they might look a bit distracting from main brand,...maybe #82, or #78 might be okay, but my suggestion would be to keep the round outer shape of the emblem, like it is on this entry!
...of course, let me know if I can be of further assistance!
Hi! We like this logo. Just wondering if you can please move the wheel handles that you have on the inside of the circle, to the outside of the circle. Also, see how it look with them going all the way around, kind of like a ship's wheel.
I've made few options with tagline excluded, on entries #58, #59, #60, #62 and #63! Is this what you've had in mind? ...if you have some ideas, feel free to jump in!
Hi! Would you be able to do this same one but with something else in place of the tag line? We are just looking at if this is potentially used in small spaces where that won't be legible.
I was exploring few more color options for this specific design - entries #52 (with light blue incorporated), and #53 / #54 (with different shade of dark blue).
Feel free to let me know if I can be of further assitance!
I'm glad you've recognized potential behind this design! There's alternative color option on entry #37! ...let me know if I can be of further assistance!
...one option with less "America", and more "Chicago" color selecion! Also, conceptual modification with anchor, actualy anchored in Chicago segment! Thoughts/suggestions? Thanks!
Here's one clean, easy to print/embroider, emblem form design,...Chicago flag at the bottom part, with slogan on top of the ancor! ...monochromatic/gray version on entry #24!
Hope you'll like this concept, and feel free to suggest potential improvements! Thank you!
